We offer FREE Standard shipping in Canada for orders over $65CAD and to the US for orders over $50USD (all before taxes).
For orders under the said amounts, the shipping rates will vary since they are based on the weight and destination of the order. A more accurate shipping rate will be shown upon checkout after you have entered your address and have all the products in the cart.
Kindly note that we currently only ship within Canada and to the US.
Taxes, Duties and/or Customs
We apply domestic sales tax to orders based on your destination, in compliance with federal, provincial and local laws. For US customers, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or handling fees that may be incurred by the carrier.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any additional fees related to delivery. Policies are subject to change without notice.
Changes to an Order, Tracking & Delivery Time
We typically process and ship out orders within 2-5 business days for orders with Standard Shipping.
Any changes regarding the order are required to be made by 12pm Noon of the following day of placing the order since we will not be able to make any changes once we have shipped it. (For example, if you place the order on Monday 3pm, you will need to email us with any changes before Tuesday 12pm in order to be able to make the changes.)
If you need to make any changes, email us and indicate your order number along with "Order Change" in the subject line, and in the body indicate what you'd like to change. Please note that we cannot change the payment method.
Once the order has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along to see where your order is, as well as see the approximate date of delivery. The delivery time depends on the destination, so kindly refer to the tracking for details. Please note that the tracking may take 24-48 hours to appear on the carrier's website.
Missed/Failed Delivery and/or Incorrect Address
Kindly note that you will be provided with a tracking number to allow you to see delivery details. Typically, if the delivery requires a signature to receive the package but no one is available, a pickup notice will be left for you to pickup at your nearest post office. In the event that the package is not picked up and delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and you will unfortunately be responsible for costs associated to re-ship the order.
Please also note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and we cannot be responsible for any orders or packages that get delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
