FAQ

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Standard shipping is free within Canada for orders over $65CAD and to the US for orders over $50USD. Kindly find other shipping information on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Canada and to the US.

When should I expect to receive my order?

We typically process and ship out orders within 2 business days for orders with Standard Shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48hrs for tracking information to update on the carrier's website. Shipping time varies with destination, however the details pertaining to your order will be available with the provided tracking number.

Are there any sales/customs tax on the order?

We apply domestic sales tax to orders based on your destination, in compliance with federal, provincial and local laws. For US customers, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and/or handling fees incurred by the carrier.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any additional fees related to delivery. Policies are subject to change without notice. 

Can I cancel or make changes/modifications to my order?

Here at Beauty Blueprint, we try our best to accommodate your needs.

If you would like to cancel the order, or make any changes such as to a product, quantity, colour and even shipping address, please email us at hello@beautyblueprint.ca. In the subject line, please indicate your Order Number along with “Order Cancellation/Change” by 12pm Noon of the following day of placing your order.  For example, if you've placed your order on Friday at 5pm, you would need to email us by Saturday at 12pm in order to make any changes.  The timing is essential because once we have processed and shipped the order, we will unfortunately not be able to change or cancel anything.  Please also note that we are unable to make changes to payment methods.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Although we had hoped you'd like your new product, we understand sometimes things change, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. In this case, please contact us at hello@beautyblueprint.ca with either "Refund"  or "Exchange" in the subject line along with your original Order Number, within 14 days of receiving the order

For Returns: In the body of the email, please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and give a brief reason for return.

For Exchanges: In the body of the email, please indicate the original item(s) you have purchased and would like to exchange, and then the new item(s) that you would like to exchange it for.

Kindly note that we can only allow returns and/or exchanges on unopened/new products, and note that we cannot allow any returns/exchanges on beauty tools due to hygienic reasons. Please also note that all costs associated with returning/exchanging the item(s), including shipping, are at your own expense, and that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges which you may have paid (if any).

An item is missing/incorrect from my order, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! We always try our best to triple check that everything is correct and in place, however, with the large number of online orders, we may sometimes overlook or miss an item. In that case, please email us and indicate your Order Number and "Missing/Incorrect Item" in the subject line, and in the body of the email, let us know the details of the missing product. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.

An item I received was damaged, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that! Everything is packed with lots of care to prevent damage to the products, however something may have happened during the shipping process that could have caused damage. Please send us an email with your Order Number and "Damaged Item" in the subject line, and in the body of the email indicate the details and we will contact you as soon as we can.

What if something I am looking for is out of stock?

Sometimes popular items will go out of stock quicker than other items. Feel free to send us an email to inquire and we can inform you of when the product will be back in stock.

There is a specific product that I'm looking for but I don't see if in your shop? Can you get it for me?

We love to explore new items to carry, and especially if a lot of people like it too! Send us an email to ask us about the item and we can see if we can add it to our shop in the near future.

How do I become a Blueprint Rewards Member?

Joining is easy! Just complete the online form on our Rewards page and start earning points right away! You get 25 points immediately on joining and then you earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Beauty Blueprint.

What are the perks of being a Beauty Blueprint Member?

We're so glad you asked!  As a Beauty Blueprint Member, not only do you earn points with every $1 you spend which can be used towards redeeming products or used like cash when you make purchases, you can also get special bonuses like Birthday Points, Referral Discounts, and not to mention first insider news on new products and promos!

How do I earn points?

On signing up for Membership, you will already earn 25 points!  After that, with every purchase you make, each $1 spent will give you 1 point. You can also earn bonus points through a number of different ways, including referring friends to shop at Beauty Blueprint, making a certain amounts of purchases, posting reviews and photos of items you have purchased, following us on our social media and more. Are there any special bonuses as a Member for my birthday?

Of course! Your birthday is a very special day and we'd like to celebrate with you but make sure your birthday is indicated in the Membership information section.  As a celebration for your birthday, you'll get 50 bonus points added to your Membership account!

Do my points expire?

We do not put expiry dates on your points, however we do require that your Membership account remains active. In the event that the account has not been active for more than 3 years then we will unfortunately have to close the account and all points will be forfeited.  (Please note that Birthday Bonus Points are not included as activity since it's a bonus that's automatically given to you.)

It's easy to keep the account active! All you have to do is earn points through the number of ways we offer, or make a redemption with your points. See here for more details.

How do I redeem points?

There are two options to use your accumulated points: to redeem special products or to use the points as a $ value towards your next purchase (see here for value chart). 

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can use them at checkout.
