We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind about something and would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly do so within 14 days of you receiving the order. 

Kindly note that we can only allow returns and/or exchanges on unopened/new products in its original packaging, and note that we cannot allow any returns/exchanges on Beauty or Makeup Tools due to hygienic reasons.

Please note that all costs associated with returning/exchanging the item(s), including shipping back the original item to us (and new item to you for exchanges), are at your own expense, and also that we cannot refund any original shipping charges which you may have paid (if any) to receive the original order.

Please send us an email and indicate in the subject line your Order Number and whether you would like to "Return" or "Exchange".

For Returns: In the body of the email, please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and give a brief reason for return.

For Exchanges: In the body of the email, please indicate the original item(s) you have purchased and would like to exchange, and then the new item(s) that you would like to exchange it for.
