I'm from Rice Toner
This toner formulated with 77.78% Rice Extract is effective in bringing brighter, more elastic and plump, dewy skin. The dual-layered toner forms a protective barrier on the skin, and the various extracts help eliminate dead skin cells to allow dry and tired skin to regain a glowing complexion and even skin tone.

This dual-layered toner must be shaken well before use to blend the water and emulsion layer. Can be used as a mask on specific target areas by soaking cotton pad then applying to needed area.
